1. The cap has a fan. How do I keep the cap clean? 

Each cap comes with detailed cleaning instructions. If your cap is missing those important instructions, then please email us at info@staycoolbrands.com and we will send a copy to you.

2. What kind of warranty comes with the StayCool Brands products? 

Each product comes with a 6 month warranty. (Additional information can be found under return policy).

3. I lost my purchase invoice. How can I prove that I purchased the product? 

Each product comes with a certified number. Just reference that numbers if you have questions or need to return an item; and each product also comes with a purchase registration form. Please complete and return it.

4. I received a StayCool Brands Cap as a gift, but it did not come with operating instruction, what can I do?

We are sorry you had a delay in wearing your StayCool Brands Cap email us and we will get the operating instruction out to you info@staycoolbrands.com

5. I have only had my StayCool Brands Cap for about 3 months and now it’s not working, I feel like a piece of my uniform is missing…….what can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. First try changing the battery, if your cap is used on a daily basis it might be time to change the battery. Second, make sure all cords are plugged in correctly.
